  • 9.1.3.1 – In some cases, the information, structure, or relationships conveyed by the presentation of pages cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available through text);
  • 9.1.3.5 – In some forms, fields collecting personal information (such as name, address, email, etc.) do not programmatically expose the intended purpose;
  • 9.1.4.1 – In some instances, color is used as the sole means of conveying information, indicating an action, 7or distinguishing an element;
  • 9.1.4.3 – In some cases, text or images containing text do not meet the required minimum contrast ratio, except in cases exempted from the requirements (e.g., logos or decorative content);
  • 9.1.4.11 – For some essential user interface components, including their active or selected states, the visual contrast against adjacent colors is below the required 3:1 ratio;
  • 9.2.1.1 – Some functionalities are not accessible via keyboard or equivalent interfaces;
  • 9.2.4.4 - In some cases, the link text alone or in conjunction with its surrounding context does not clearly convey its purpose;
  • 9.2.4.7 – On some interactive elements, the focus indicator is not visible;
  • 9.4.1.1 – The markup code of some web pages does not fully comply with the language specifications, including syntax errors, duplicate attributes, or non-unique IDs;
  • 9.4.1.2 – In some cases, user interface components—such as form elements, links, or script-generated components—do not correctly expose their name, role, state, properties, or values, or fail to notify assistive technologies of changes;
  • 9.4.1.3 – In some cases, status messages are not programmed to be detected by assistive technologies without requiring focus changes;
