Bold is a vertical storage unit in which the exploration of exterior surfaces continues inside the structure. Artistic resin and lacquer define the exterior, while bronze casting and integrated lighting transform the interior space.

The exterior artistic resin finish introduces depth and texture into a volume with simple geometry. Its combination with lacquer differentiates the surfaces while maintaining a compact, restrained look.

Inside, the back panel consists of a sequence of bronze squares obtained through the traditional casting technique. Bronze transforms a functional component into a refined, elegant feature with a distinctive character. The subtle variations created by the artisanal process contrast with the geometric precision of the grid.

An integrated LED lighting system highlights the metal back panel. Light enters the reliefs, creating shadows and reflections and giving the surface greater depth, transforming the interior of the storage unit into an illuminated scene.

In HESSENTIA’s vision, Bold’s identity extends beyond its exterior. Opening it reveals a second, more intimate material landscape in which bronze casting and light take centre stage.

Bold storage unit brings together artistic resin, bronze casting and integrated lighting, showing how the interior of a piece of furniture can also become a place for exploring materials.
