The structure has a bold presence, but its curves gradually give it visual lightness.

The textured fiberglass finish creates a rich, three-dimensional texture. The surface retains depth and variations rather than appearing perfectly uniform, making the material an active part of the bookcase’s identity.

A distinctive graduated painting technique applied hand complete the look of this item. Different tones of the same colour follow one another across the structure, creating gradual colour transitions that introduce lightness and dynamism.

Colour appears almost to change the weight of the structure. More intense and lighter areas follow the curves and uprights, changing the perception according to the light and viewing angle.

The entire process, from finishing the fiberglass to painting, is carried out by hand. The subtle colour differences created by the craftsmanship give each bookcase its own character, connecting the final result to the sensitivity of the Handmade in Italy artistic process.
